    With more than 21 years’ food, beverage and event experience, Renee brings to Chardonnay’s Catering & Events her own signature style. But it is her love of food and excitement for development of a new and refreshingly creative perspective at Chardonnay’s, that comes together to create the perfect match.

    Renee’s experience in catering started in her family’s successful banquet business which specialized in weddings and corporate events. Later as Sales Manager at Dave & Buster’s, then Director of Sales & Marketing at Latitude 30, Renee successfully coordinated large and small scale programs and high-profile clientele for a variety of event types. She cannot wait to show you how Chardonnay’s Catering and Events can make your next occasion successful and highly memorable, for you and your guests.

    Beverly Davoli

    Director of Catering & Events

    Beverly holds extensive experience as owner and operator of a highly-successful, full-service catering company serving residential, corporate and entertainment clients for more than 30 years. With focus on weddings and large corporate business, she has catered to local celebrities, major motion pictures, politicians, and even, the President of the United States!

    As Director of Catering at the Casa Marina Historical Hotel in Jacksonville Beach for the last eight years, Beverly was instrumental in their being voted “Best Weddings” on the Knot in 2010. Now as Owner and Event Designer at Chardonnay’s, Beverly embraces both the simple function and the complex full-scale extravaganza to create a fresh exciting event with flare.
